SHIPPING POLICY
We offer shipping throughout India. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and the size and weight of your order. We aim to process and ship all orders within 7 business days. We provide estimated shipping times when you place your order, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Please note that some plants may require special handling or packaging, which may affect shipping times and costs. We will notify you if any additional charges apply.

We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by shipping carriers. However, if your plant arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it and provide photos of the plant and packaging. We will work with you to either replace the plant or issue a refund.
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns of plants and plant accessories within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
If you receive a damaged or defective plant, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it and provide photos of the plant and packaging. We will work with you to either replace the plant or issue a refund.
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return it within 5 days of delivery. However, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us and a restocking fee may apply.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on live plants that have been repotted or otherwise altered after delivery, as we cannot guarantee their continued health and well-being.
